2. Personal data we process
When you contact VÉTITO through our website forms, we may process the information you provide, including your name, email address, company or organisation, professional profile, project details and message. Our technical providers may also process information necessary to transmit and secure your request, such as connection metadata and spam-prevention signals. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your personal data to:
- Receive and respond to enquiries.
- Understand audiovisual proposals, projects and collaboration needs.
- Evaluate commercial opportunities requested by the person contacting us.
- Follow up on the enquiry through relevant professional communications.
- Prevent fraudulent or abusive use of our forms.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
4. Legal bases
Where an individual contacts VÉTITO to request services or a commercial proposal, processing may be necessary to take steps at that individual's request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where a person contacts us on behalf of a company or organisation, processing may rely on our legitimate interest in managing professional enquiries and business relationships, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, subject to an appropriate assessment of the interests and rights involved. Where appropriate, technical processing necessary to protect our forms against abuse may rely on legitimate interests. Unrelated marketing communications will only be sent where a valid legal basis or authorisation exists.
5. Providing your information
Providing information through our forms is voluntary. However, fields marked as required are necessary to receive and respond to your enquiry. Without them, we may be unable to process your request.
6. Service providers and recipients
We use technical service providers, including:
- Web3Forms (Web3Creative): form submission processing, delivery, security and spam prevention.
- Email service provider: receipt and storage of professional communications.
- Website hosting provider: website operation, delivery and security.
These providers are subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information to public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data submitted through our website.
7. International transfers
Web3Forms states that it operates from India and uses infrastructure providers that may process information in different regions. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards must apply. Web3Forms states that its Data Processing Agreement provides for Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Before activating our forms, we will verify the current contractual terms, applicable transfer safeguards and providers involved.
8. Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a business relationship will generally be retained for no more than 12 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is justified by a legitimate necessity. Where an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, relevant information will be retained during that relationship and for applicable statutory retention periods. Web3Forms currently states that form submissions may be retained for up to three years, unless a shorter period is configured or the information is deleted earlier. We will seek to configure a shorter retention period where available. Copies received through our professional email services are managed separately from copies retained by Web3Forms.
9. Your rights
Where applicable, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by contacting hablamos@vetito.xyz. We may request additional information where necessary to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
10. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information and limit access to those who need it for the stated purposes.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies will be used in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Where consent is required, we will provide the necessary information and a valid choice mechanism before using such technologies.
12. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to our services, providers or data processing activities. The current version will be available on this website.
